How to reverse thoughts of Failure

Most people do not attempt to crsss to success. Rather they focus on failure

Most people do not attempt to cross to success. Rather they focus on failure

Failure Reversal is a thing!

Research shows that we have many more thoughts of failure than of success, and we buy into thoughts of failure immediately, and reject thoughts of success!

Concept Of how to change this pattern:

When the thought arises, make it immediately illogical and unappealing

Suggestion Read this a few times a day;

I have in my thought patterns the thought I am a failure. Yet there is massive evidence I have achieved things very few people on the planet have achieved. So why the (Swear word) could I be a failure?

When I am calling myself a failure I am looking through the wrong set of glasses.

Enlightened masters say  “You always make the best decision at the time based on the best intelligence. We update our intelligence constantly. Looking back and calling ourselves a failure is literally not true.

  • Specific actions may not yield the results we want. We can call the action a failure
  • Meanwhile, we are living breathing ect. So we are not a failure as a human being. We are constant learners.

Another perspective:

There is an action. There is a result. If I am not happy with the result I have two routes to follow.

  • One is destructive thoughts to to self
  • The other one is enlightening thoughts to self

If I judge myself as a failure because one action does not work out my body produces chemicals that age me and create an addictive thought pattern that then becomes a groove that I fall into in predicting “I will fail” and in evaluating “ I see how I failed there” This is a massive trend towards self-hatred

The other choice, which requires more consciousness and awareness is to look at the action and reflect back: “As a lifelong learner what can I learn from this that is positive, practical, actionable and sets myself up for success”

My plan is to catch any thought of failure and from a place of higher consciousness decide to switch the thought and words to those of a learner, and:

  • Speak them out loud to myself
  • Share those out with others.
