Meditation and spiritual life coaching is the best thing in life!

This audio file takes you to a basic meditation that is ideal for the beginner. It is a humming meditation that we have found works really well for just about everyone.The steps to do this meditation are as follows:

  • Make the sound of the letter M
  • Make it as loud as possible
  • Make it as long as possible
  • When a thought arises focus on making the sound louder to drown out the thought
  • At the end of the audio file sit in silence in meditation and have some quiet music to play.



Basic meditations are best done daily to set a routine into place. I suggest first thing in the morning is ideal.

Once you have begun your basic meditation it can be refined by working with a spiritual life coach to make it more powerful and useful.
