Here I am sharing Short Simple Free Meditations for you. These are designed for both beginner and advanced meditators. I have deliberately made them short so that they are more likely to be used!
There is a classic saying in coaching: If you want to exercise just put on your running shoes. Once the running shoes are on you are much more likely to go for a run, whether 5 minutes or 50 minutes.
The concept of just taking a very small, simple, easy step first to get going works extremely well for meditation too. Plan to do these 3 and 5 minute meditations and once sitting quietly, plan to sit for a little longer.
