If you are just beginning meditation I suggest that you start with very short meditations of 1-10 minutes, to develop the interest, the motivation and experience so that you are inspired to meditate for longer.
When we begin with meditations of 20-30 minutes we have a tendency to give up, not make time or priority.

This meditation music is great as background for you. You can listen to as much as you want. Select a time you want to meditate and set a timer for that length of time.
Once you have listened to the music then a spiritual life coach can help you develop that feeling that is engendered in the music into every day experience.
